SHIPPING POLICY
At BUMA Jewelry, we offer secure and reliable national and international shipping. All our orders are carefully prepared to ensure your pieces arrive in perfect condition.
Shipping Costs
We offer free express shipping within mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, on all orders — no minimum required.
For international orders:
– Free worldwide express shipping on purchases over €500
– For orders below €500, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and delivery method.
Every order is carefully packaged and shipped with tracking.
Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation.
- During peak seasons or special releases, this time may be slightly extended.
- Made-to-order items typically take 1-3 weeks from the date of payment.
Shipping Destinations and Times
- Spain: 2-4 business days
- Europe: 4-8 business days
- Rest of the world: 7-14 business days
- Note: We currently do not offer delivery to Russia.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your shipment at all times.
Customs, Taxes, and Fees
- All orders placed on www.bumajewelry.com will ship directly from Spain.
- For non-EU orders, local customs, taxes, and fees may apply and are not included in the total price at checkout.
- A delivery broker may assist in collecting any customs dues and may require additional information, including a personal tax ID, phone number, and email to complete the process.
Order Changes and Cancellations
- If your order has not been shipped, please contact us at y@bumajewelry.com with your order number.
- Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancel it.
- You can return your order once you have received it; please see our Returns & Exchanges section for more details.
Address Updates
- Feel free to reach out to us within an hour of placing your order, and we will try our best to accommodate address changes before the order is processed.
- If the order is dispatched, we suggest you contact the courier directly, as we cannot guarantee successful delivery and are not liable for any lost packages.
