REFUND POLICY
At BUMA Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. Please contact us at y@bumajewelry.com and we will either provide a refund or a replacement as you request.
2-Year Warranty
We offer a 2-Year Warranty for all our pieces. For any issues with your piece, please contact us.
We stand by the quality of our construction and if anything happens due to material or construction defects within two years of purchase, we'll send you a pre-paid return label, restore your piece and send it back to you free of charge.
This warranty does not cover jewelry that has been subjected to improper care or storage as described on our Care Instructions page. If a jewelry piece is snagged or accidental damage occurs, this is also not covered, however we can provide a repair quote if you reach out to us with an image of the piece.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, in their original condition with intact original packaging.
- We cannot accept returns on customized items, made-to-measure products, or items on sale.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
How to Return
- Contact us at y@bumajewelry.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Pack the jewelry securely in its original box.

Return Shipping from Non-EU Countries/USA
- Always include a proforma invoice stating: "Return of goods to original sender. No commercial value."
- If possible, reference the original tracking/AWB number.
- HTS/Tariff code: 7117.90 jewelry.
Return Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend using a shipping method with tracking.
Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you a confirmation email.
- If approved, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days using your original payment method.
- Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
